Profile administrator Monsalud Valdivia

Monsalud is the newest addition to the team of C&D Solicitors since 2022. She´s responsible for important steps during and after the purchase process, such as applying for the NIE and CIF numbers, opening bank accounts, transferring service contracts after completion at the notary, changing direct debits, IBI bills, applying for RTA licenses, etc. As you can imagine, these are crucial tasks that require perfect organization and communication skills, which Monsa definitely possesses.

Besides this, she fulfills the role of receptionist for which she handles a large part of all phone calls. She usually walks around with a smile and gets her work done correctly with all calmness which makes her colleagues feel like she already has been in our office for years. Monsalud has a wide working background in many areas and will now have plenty of opportunities to practice her English at our law firm.

She lives in Torrox together with her daughter.
