Gustavo is one of the two founders of C&D Solicitors. Through both his and Francisco´s supervision, our law firm has built up great expertise in property law, specifically regarding rural land with the DAFO certificate and new build developments. Gustavo is hard-working, very consistent and invests a lot of energy to evaluate if we can take on more difficult and legally challenging cases. Always thinking in the best interest of the client.

For the rest of the team, he always finds the patience to guide them through their projects when necessary and really takes the time to explain difficult matters. His motivation to communicate until everything is 100% clear is probably one of the most important reasons why his clients are so content with his work. Because of Gustavo´s personal affinity with marketing -which runs in the family- he loves leading these activities in our company.

Gustavo is originally from Jaen but now lives with his family in Malaga.
